It's a great honor. Especially, after closing the last pages of Remy that I have devoured in less than 24h...
The third volume is a beautifull declaration of love from a gorgeous and passionnated man to his mate...
Katy Evan's series and her characters are awesome, addictive.
So, I was dying to know more about this author, her world and...of course to learn more about REMY!

New Books on My Shelves: Hi Katy! Thank you for stopping by and for giving us this interview. First, I have a few questions about the series...What inspired you to write a romance in the middle of the boxing?
KATY EVANS: It's a great sport! The
sweat, the fighting, the testosterone flying around the ring. It's
sexy as hell!
NBMS: How have you found the first name of your hero? Were you a secret fan
of Pierce Brosman...
KATY EVANS: I like Pierce, definitely, but
the name Remington Steele wasn't how I chose his name, though. In
fact when it hit me that Real's hero was named Remington, I hadn't
thought of that other famous Remington yet. :)
NBMS:Talking about Remington, he is
physically attractive but it's his illness that make him real,
touching. Is there a reason why you choose a bipolar hero?
KATY EVANS: I have a dear friend with
BD, and I'm a firm believer in an illness not being what defines you.
Everyone deserves their chance at love.
NBMS: About your writing routine, what are the hardest scenes to write:
the fighting or sex ones ?
KATY EVANS: Fighting, definitely.
NBMS: Do your characters talk to you while
you write ? Are you able to shut them up after a long day or are they
continuing to chat in your head even when you're not at your computer
?
KATY EVANS: All the time! I jot dialogue down
when cooking, or walking. They're very chatty.
NBMS: How do you get your inspiration to
make your plot, your scenes ?
KATY EVANS: I have a very active imagination
:)
NBMS: For sure ! LOL!
NBMS: More personally, sport and healthy eating themes are
very present. Is it important factors in your own life?
KATY EVANS: Absolutely! I do some of my
best plotting while walking
NBMS: Do you have a ritual before you
write?
KATY EVANS: Making sure I have my headphones
and a cup of tea. :)
NBMS: What are the books you read to relax?
KATY EVANS: I've been so busy writing, I've
had very little time to read!
NBMS: Last question, do you believe you'll
see Remington in your next story? If that's the case, is there's a way
you could give him my number... To help me with some fighting moves,
of course!
KATY EVANS: Yes, Remy and Brooke both
appear in RIPPED and RAW, I can't wait to share them both!
NBMS: Can't wait to read them!
