Reactions:
I really liked the beginning and the ending of this well-crafted novel. I confess, however, have been tired by the many revelations unearthed by the abject private detective. Shots that made me lose patience and stop reading. After all, if my best friend's was Brad Pitt, would I have hired a private with my salary as an employee? The unlikely side of the story was both disturbing and intriguing. Driven by curiosity, I took up my reading and I am delighted to have insisted. I was touched by the last pages. I was moved by the character of Steve. Descriptions of showbiz, parasites that revolve around celebrities and difficulties in maintaining an ordinary life in a world of illusions and dreams were well detailed.

An interesting book to read until the end to appreciate it whole to its fair value.

Bonsoir,
Merci beaucoup, ça me touche!
ReplyDeleteBonnes lectures à vous aussi,
Lucie
